What We Store

Data stored

• Login and password of the account. The password is stored only in encrypted form; even the administration cannot see it.
• Email, if you provided it.
• Connection address (IP) temporarily: to protect against spam, password brute-forcing, and vote farms.
• Game data: heroes, items, levels, guilds. Some of it is visible to everyone in the rankings.

Why

• We need your email for account recovery, password change alerts, and important updates: world openings and major server news. You can opt out of newsletters via the unsubscribe link in any email or by unchecking “Receive Zenaria news by email” in the notifications tab of your account page. Account security emails are always sent. We never share your email with anyone.
• Connection addresses are needed for limits and protection. They are not shared with anyone.
• No ads on the site. We use Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics for traffic stats: they see which pages you open and where you come from, but they don't see your passwords or account data.

Deletion

Want to delete your account and all data: message the admin in the player chat from the email or account page the account is linked to. We'll delete the account, heroes, and email.
